Nice big hotel...went with baseball team and the pool area is huge...good breakfast...good location. Rooms were clean and the cleaning people didn't have to do this but waited for us so they can clean our room.
This hotel was clean, convenient to get to, and best of all for me: It Was Quiet! We were in town for a friend's wedding, and if I ever have to go to Mankato again for another event I would gladly stay here again!
Was very please and surprised with the Best Western Hotel in Mankato. Next time I'll bring my own pillow, did not care for them. It was a very clean hotel and family friendly. Lots of kids and yet the hotel was quiet.
My past stays have always been pretty much uneventful. The staff has always been friendly, the rooms quite and clean. The amenities are great and the Continental Breakfast is one of the best. Now I have experienced their customer service first hand after I made a booking error on the internet. I contacted the front desk who in turn gave me to Arlene who corrected the situation I created within minutes. This Best Western is fantastic. From the caring staff,nice pool area,great breakfast and it was nice to have a bar to have a few drinks at. Charles was fantastic and made us feel like we were old friends. I will gladly send all of my family and friends to this location. This is why I am a loyal Best Western member
This turned out to be a very large motel, but the many entrances and parking made it easy to get to your room no matter where you ended up. The staff was great, the wifi above average and the breakfast was competitive with other motels. The location was away from heavy traffic but only a short distance from the freeway. There were a couple of restaurant choices withing walking distance. It was also near a bike trail.
Pleasantly surprised by the great new Decour and remodeling. Spent a great deal of time in the pool area and there was absolutely no chlorine smell. Was able to order in pizza and relax by the pool with drinks had a great time. Lots of families around but not out of control not overly loud. For the price I paid it was a fantastic value.
Best Western Hotel & Restaurant is a great place for family gatherings. My family gets together every Christmas at a hotel for a weekend to celebrate and have fun. We had our gathering at Best Western this last year and it was a great location. They had an excellent pool area and nice rooms. The continental breakfast was perfect for our large group and had lots of choices for the kids.
Best Western Hotel & Restaurant I have been to many gatherings and receptions at The Best Western in Mankato. I have always been pleased with their facility and have had lots of fun. They have a nice pool and large area around it.
