Front desk rep Teresa was super kind and helpful when we checked in. Our room was clean and comfortable. When I checked out in the morning, true to form, the ladies were bright and shiny and a wonderful beginning to the next leg of our journey. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Medford.

Front Desk: Great! Rosey was friendly and helpful! She was juggling several check-ins while coordinating with other staff to verify that rooms were ready. She stayed calm and pleasant despite all that was going on. Rosey was also very helpful with questions I called about before our arrival! Location: Well, it's literally beside the I-5 on ramp. It sits on a major road. So, concrete all around. There is a restaurant next door serving B/L/D. Traffic is very heavy (but the rooms are well insulated so noise is not an issue).Bre... read more

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety- freshly made pancakes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, granola, eggs and bacon, just to name a few. The beds were comfy. And the cleaning staff were quick and efficient. The one thing that I would say could improve this hotel is some rooms with low barrier showers. My mom used a third party to make this reservation and was told that they could accommodate her need for a low barrier shower and a room on the main floor. But that third party lied to her.
