First visit to Clear Lake. Clean rooms and very friendly staff.
Staying here currently. Got pushed back behind the hotel in a smelly motel. Smells like dog pee and old smoke. It’s gross. Wouldn’t stay here again. Plus I felt like I was going to get mugged in the parking lot.ill add the the back door doesn’t close properly and anyone could walk right in.
Beds were horrible, torn sheet, . These rooms need to be updated. No queen beds? Tp to far away from the stool.
I stopped here for a night while heading home, I made the reservation on the BW app an hour before getting to Clear Lake. When I got their, at check in I was greeted by a nice young woman, check in was smooth and fast, which I find happens when I used the app, my room was on the 5th Floor and I noticed the hallway was very quiet! my room was also quiet.. from the window in the room I could see traffic but could not hear it.
