Hotel has bed bugs. Found several in room and in bed. Asked management for compensation and did not provide any because “we didn’t find any” after they cleaned it. Lucky for them we took pictures. Very dirty hotel don’t stay here.
We had to unexpectedly find a hotel to stay at due to a CO2 leak in our home. Isabelle who answered the phone was so kind. I explained what was going on and she said she would see what she could find us. She was able to find a room to fit my family of 4! The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, pool is warm, breakfast is good! Thank you for making our family comfortable in our time of need!!
