I love staying at Best Western. Always great customer service, comfortable beds, swiming pool is always a plus.
My husband and I went to a concert and planned on staying here overnight after getting in late. I called ahead to the front desk to ensure that checking in after 11pm or midnight would be okay without cancellation. I was told since they had someone at the desk 24/7 there shouldn’t be an issue. Everything is fine just way over priced and not detailed. Exercise room is crap, No water. Im a diamond BW member, no bottle of water. Room could use an update, clean the vents, slight muggy smell. 4 ppl on my stay, not enough pillows, not enough towels. But everyone was nice when I asked for more. AC is either full go or you have to turn it off. If you have kids, make sure you bring something to cast because channels are very limited and no kid options. This is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff are all very friendly.
