Is there a hotel to sleep at
Great experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The accessible room was comfortable and had been renovated. Furnishings and decor were updated. The breakfast was very good and offered surprising variety. They have a pool though I didn’t use it.

I stayed at the Hickory Best Western on multiple occasions and up until my last 2 stays it was a pleasure, however my last 2 stays were anything but pleasant. I have made multiple attempts to contact management regarding this issue with no response. The amount of bugs 🐛 in both my rooms was disgusting to say the least.
Went with my husband to a class he had to take at the convention center. This is in a cluster of several hotels - this being the worst. Dirty room, we had 2 towels and a washcloth til we asked for more from the very sweet maid. Hair in the shower, the carpet literally felt sticky - like you needed to keep your shoes on, TV remote was literally impossible to navigate, small fridge had shelves torn out, the air/heat smelled hot electrically, stains on lampshade.
