Staff here are awesome! Super friendly and easy to talk to and were on hand ready to help. We stayed in the Franklin building and staff even offered to carry our bags up for us. The room itself was nice and spacious with a good desk space and a little area around a wall for the coffee bar which leads into the bathroom. Location is super central so everything was in walking distance for us too which was great. We played shuffleboard down at the bar one evening and the server from TN was great to chat to! We booked this hotel for a football weekend and it was nice and the location was PERFECT! It was walking distance to the campus and athletic facilities. Great, friendly staff. 24/7 desk service and they were quick on any requests we had. Would recommend.
Rooms had been updated and were a great bang for the buck.
