Rooms were mostly clean, found a few black hairs in bathroom floor, then happened to look at mirror from bathroom door looking out, noticed small clothing under bed asked the person I was with if that’s hers she said no, so I grabbed a pile of Kleenex and pulled out a used pair of woman’s panties , not the best on housecleaning!! Very loud can here next room people also no be elevator to 2nd floor could not find stairs was not up to date with maps , which I think would be a violation
There was pretty much half and half good and bad things, the pool looked really cool, but the pool floor was super uncomfortable, the breakfast was really good, but the beds were so uncomfortable.
Great place to stay if your attending an event at Resch Expo. Staff super attentive and friendly. A bit noisy if you get a room by the pool area, but then there were a lot families there for an event.
We have stayed here one other time and it was significantly better, but this stay was horrible. We have two small children and you give them this info when booking. We got put into a room right outside the pool, with no warning or even option to pay more to be in another area. There were like 60 people in there screaming, splashing, etc. until well past pool close at 11. We picked this hotel because it was next to the Resch center as we were seeing a concert. We were poolside and expected it to be loud coming back from the show, to our surprise it wasn't! The beds were not the greatest. We didn't care for the metal framing and the sheets were rough. The hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast ladies were very friendly and kept everything clean and filled!
