The people that greeted us were extremely friendly. We grabbed this room for the proximity to Lambeau Field and man was it convenient. We’re able to park the car and walk everywhere we needed to go. Thank you Green Bay and Best Western for a great visit!
Mary the Manager is outstanding! We will only stay here from now on for home games! Can’t beat the location and friendly atmosphere here! GO PACK GO!
Overall great stay. They have concerts next door and they let concert goers take the parking. Paid for 3 nights and the night of the concert I had no where to park. Was give a parking pass which meant nothing. I drove around way too long looking for a spot that was filled with people who were not even staying at the hotel. Room was okay. The location is really the only reason we book.
Stayed here every year for the last 20 years for the first GB game. Sooo disappointed and will be the last. Front desk staff VERY RUDE told us noon we couldn’t check in until 3 but 2 other couples after us were told there room was ready. We are both senior citizens and were put on the 2nd floor with no elevators in the hotel it took us 3 trips to get our luggage up the steps. Sorry Best Western but you totally ruined our Green Bay trip this year but it will be the last. PACKER fans BEWARE!!!!
Was pretty worried walking down the hallway that the rooms would be not great. Rooms were very nice and clean. Hallways could use some updating. Pool area is very cool
