This review would have been a single solitary star if not for the exceptional customer service provided by the owner at checkout. We arrived around 9:30 p.m. to check in and were immediately met with frustration. A “Be Right Back” sign sat on the front desk, and after waiting about 5–10 minutes, I began searching for an employee. We have stayed here the same weekend for several years. After this trip I will not step foot in here again. We did not have any of these issues in the previous years. - Paying customers get shafted on parking because of this facility offering $10 parking to event goers at the Resch Center. - The shower goes from kind of warm to scolding hot, then freezing cold. - Staff literally do not care about your concerns.
