I stay at a lot of hotels for work. Sometimes work gets done sooner than expected and off to the next job location. Well I arrived an hour before check in and they want to charge an early check in fee. Can't wave it, sorry! No negotiation, no leeway on this check in fee. They were not busy and the parking lot was pretty empty. I paid the early check in fee, but thank you Best Western for reminding me that there are other hotels in the area. This place isn't rated high enough. It is so clean and the room beat my expectations and the staff is amazing!!! We'll definitely stay here again next time we come up here.
Straight off I5 SO EASY to get too. And in walking distance of most entertainment.
There's nothing like walking into a hotel to check in and seeing a sign that says we'll be back. Then sitting there for over 45 minutes waiting. It's. It's worth the money. Hyatt Place is down the road and better in pretty much every way. Friendly staff better amenities better location etc. Avoid this place.
