Based on our experience with BW Plus hotels in other communities, we expected a lot better. The staff were very nice, but the room and amenities fell short. The ice maker on our floor was broken. The light over the bathtub was burned out, the pillows were lumpy, the towels were skimpy, the pipes rattled and pounded when we ran the hot water in the sink, and the surprisingly low-resolution TV was “too complicated for us to make an instruction sheet” according to one employee who had to shift some HDMI cables around to get it ... read more
