Beautiful hotel - close to EVERYthing. You can go to several different restaurants without ever leaving the parking lot! and it's close to everything. Ample parking, super nice staff!
Extremely horrible customer service. I got charged for two nights when I only stayed for one night. When I called and asked for my money back I get told I have to wait 5 days, but they told me this 5 days ago. I do not recommend staying here because it is a rip off. My call was constantly put on hold and at one point I was taken off hold but they were completely unaware I was on the line and I can here all of their conversations. Worst customer service ever!!! They just took $700.00 from me for a wrong click on the Hilton app. I called right in to correct it and the answer was, we are sorry but our policy states that it is non refundable. I am traveling a lot and stay at Hilton properties very often to have the diamond status. Usually Hilton employees are well trained to help and support their guests but not at this location.
