beds were very uncomfortable. stayed 3 nights and we got very little sleep. even my kids complained that they were uncomfortable. Rooms were clean though, so they have that going for them. Just need to update the beds.

If you want to stay someplace where the front desk person belittles you, this is the place for you. I made a reservation here when my power went out, as I’ve done for the past 5 years of living in Freeport. I’ve never had a problem before last night. I went to check in, the front desk only had a sign on it to go to room 102. Ok, I go off to find room 102 to check in. Older hotel, good price, quiet location.
Nice room stayed many times. Last time I stayed no coffee cups. No big deal. And no toilet paper. Office said they would bring it right up. 1 1/2 hours later walked to office to get it. Never had bad service till my last trip. Hope it was a 1 time thing
