The customer service at this hotel is excellent. I've stayed at this property twice and both times the experience has been great. It's a safe area and the parking lot is gated on the back side, there is only one way in and one way out. You don't have issues with car break-ins like you would with other hotels in the Houston area. The bedding is great and the restrooms are updated and refreshed. My only complaint is there can be a funky smell at times, I don't know if that's coming in from other rooms or the hallway.
La imagen cuenta, el lugar es aterrador,sucio,con muy mal aspecto, la imagen de la recepción es desastrosa, en los alrededores se sentía el consumo de mariguana, te sientes inseguro apenas llegas ,tenía mi reserva y cuando llegue al lugar al ver eso de inmediato cancele mi estancia y me fui hacía otro hotel.
Hotel con buena ubicación, en una zona residencial. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño, camas cómodas. No limpian las habitaciones diariamente, cada tercer día. El desayuno muy malo y de baja calidad.
I was kind on the sketchy side of going here because, of the reviews but when I got here the check in process of amazing the ladies at the customer service desk was perfect the customer service was amazing and very friendly. The rooms were ok the bed was very comfortable sheets cleaned room was clean and bathroom air conditioning was amazing tv was nice size all hbo channels don’t be skeptical like I was and book you a room here. Stayed 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned. We had to go and ask each day and still nobody showed up. They just gave us clean towels and told us to throw the dirty ones in the hall. The mattresses were the worst I've ever seen. There was a spring coming through one. Homeless person sleeping near back door in the hallway and was told there was nothing they could do about it.
