I have stayed here 3 times now, and have always been greeted with a friendly face. Cicha, the morning front desk lady, (sorry if I missed spelled the name), has always gone about and beyond to help me. I was up this last time for surgery and she made sure to put on the 1st floor. I did t even have to ask. Thank u again for very smile.
Perfect stay! The location is ideal for shopping and business. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was good, and the team was super helpful. Highly recommend!
Great location near the Galleria. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Parking fees were a bit high, but still a solid stay for the price.
We stayed at this hotel recently, and our experience was just average. The rooms were what you would expect for the price; everything was clean and in good condition. There was only one towel, but when we asked for more, they brought them immediately. The front desk also provided free toothpaste, and the staff was friendly.
