Old, cockroaches, dirty and needs to file in compliance with city, has to be closed until they fix things.
The room we received had no air conditioning. It was 90+ degrees. When we asked to be moved to a different room, they said they couldn't move us to a new room. We tried to get a refund on the room, and they have declined a refund through expedia. Beware!
I had my whole family staying in this hotel.Every single one of us had a bad experience with the service, the rooms, the breakfast, the smells in the room and the a c's in the room.They also charged us for remotes that were not in the room i would never stay here again.I hope nobody stays at these place.Because they are so rude and disrespectful.There is no way to be treating people like that , especially you or paying guests.
