Very clean. Friendly. Lots of food/ drinks options within walking distance. Key card was broke so they had to let me in whenever I left or was told to leave door open.... that was the downfall
Had a great visit! Hotel seems newly renovated, clean rooms, friendly staff. The only thing is I wish there was a fan in the bathrooms to help with humidity but it wasn't too bad! 10/10
Booked on booking.com, no room, no funds returned. Hotel blams booking, booking blames Hotel. Had to cancel payment card.. what a poor way to do business..Will not use ,Hotel, or booking.com again. There were t 2 other travelers going through the same thing. There cancelation will cost as much as the room rate.. please complain to best western,and booking.com. they made fun of my wife at the hotel that you're cancelation would not go through.
