Talk about great customer service. This Best Western by far has the best people working. Especially Ms. Tawanna. My team and I use Best Western hotels all over Florida as well as other hotel brands. I must say, this has been the best stay for us because of the attention to detail. The quick check-in process, the rooms have always been clean and smelling good. A great rate for this location. Stayed the weekend at this hotel. During our time at breakfast my husband and I witnessed an employee speaking very rudely to an elderly guest. The guest tried to get her attention multiple times before tapping the employee on her shoulder softly saying “excuse me.” The hotel employee responded “why did you touch me like that” very rudely to the elderly man to which he replied “I’m sorry I was trying to get your attention” the employee scoffed at the elderly gentleman going “ughhhh” with a face of disgust. The hotel was clean as stated in reviews that I'd read... but my room was quite dated to be honest... comfy bed so I was happy about that... the breakfast was pretty decent with lots of items available... I passed on the sausage patties as I'm a bacon girl...lol... but no complains on the items that I did eat and the convenience was nice for someone who is new to the area.
Reviews in this is not thruThe views at this hotel are not authentic. I stayed there on the 28th of this month and it was a bad experience. The staff is unfriendly; the kitchen lady was bored, and the front desk lady gave me a very dirty room. I had to change rooms after speaking to the manager. I do not recommend them.
