Very disappointing experience. The receptionist (who worked there on 1/19 between 10 to 11 am) was the rudest person I have ever met. From check-in onward, her attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and openly disrespectful. Simple questions were met with eye-rolling and curt responses, which made me feel unwelcome from the start. A hotel stay begins at the front desk, and this interaction overshadowed the entire experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless customer service is significantly improved

You could hear guests talk and understand exactly what they were saying in the hallway while bring in your room and all room doors slam really loudly when closed. Rooms were clean and freshly painted. Nice beds and bathrooms. Workspace was appreciated too. Tv with Netflix was a hit! Breakfast was only till 9 am and at precisely 9 am is cleared out even when guests were still trying to crab foid. The breakfast area is to small for the size of the hotel. Food itself was ok. This is our second stay. This stay was quite an improvement from our last. It has been tastefully remodeled and very clean. Close to airport. Took a taxi rather than waiting for Theo free shuttle. $20. There was a couple of places we enjoyed eating at nearby -Slackers and Li’l Red’s Bbq. Both had excellent service and food. We will definitely stay here for our next cruise.
