Great rooms service price and breakfast
If you want a good deal...always plan ahead �. When we arrived even the front desk was surprised (we reserved early). Very good space, two queen beds (enough room for 2 adults and 2 teens). Easy to find location, room ready and clean..a good choice for a one night stopover. Many easy food choices within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful on recommendations on where to eat.
If you want a good nights rest I suggest another hotel. Kids running around screaming at night (guess kids aren't taught respect from California). Hotel staff didn't seem to care. Just an all around terrible experience.
Last weekend our stay was great. However this morning we were up @ 5:30 am due to screaming people in the parking lot... right by the office. The same people were screaming in the breakfast room. The front desk response, "If you'd let us know, we would've handle it." Sorry it was happening BY your door and IN the front room by the desk. Poor customer service, its NOT OUR JOB TO DO YOUR JOB!
Room smelled terrible. Dirty behind the bed. Rough towels. TV was analog on a flat screen. Loud neighbors. Go onto Reno and find a nice place...don't stay here.
