This was my first experience with Best Western and it was wonderful! I have a solid impression of the brand now. Check in was friendly. Room layout was perfect for us with the pull out couch in front of the 2 queens. It felt like a theater when we went to watch a movie. We were able to access our Netflix account, which was nice. I saw a button for YouTube too, but did not click it. My only complaint about the room was the noise from the pull out couch. Every move my son made caused the bed to loudly creak.
