Hotel is clean and comfortable, but the the friendliest , informative check in was refreshing. Delores I belive was her name , was attentive, kind and a pleasure to talk to . she greeted when returning to the hotel for the night. Hospitality and cleanliness is the key to a comfortable stay . Thank you update i had breakfast and it was good the attendant was helpful with allergy question and breakfast room was clean and well organized.
I was overcharged. I spoke to front desk manager 2 separate times and both times I was told it was corrected. It wasn't, now I am working with my bank to get my refund. The hotel itself is nice , the breakfast hostess is polite and does a good job. My room was 212, which is the suite with a balcony and fireplace. Very nice room and worth it when there is a deal. Nice place to stay if you have to stay in los banos
A guest started blasting their music in the parking lot at 1:30 am after a party in the hotel parking lot. At 2am we went and talked to the counter person who did absolutely nothing. We suggested a call to the police. They did not do that. We won't be back and we are very upset. Waste of money. Awful place.
