Beds were comfy. Nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay . 😎
. I made an error and hotels.com was fixing it but it never happened. Casey waited with me 3 hours. She went above and beyond what she needed to do for me. She had a great attitude and was not put out about my problem. She was patient and very professional. We made great conversation as I waited. Thank you so much for having a great employee who could have not cared about my problem but offered to help in anyway and made it nonstressful. Traveling is stressful in itself..,
Stayed here because I was traveling for work. The first thing, the front desk worker wasn't friendly at all and had an attitude. Second, the room had a weird smell too it and some of the lights didn't work. I will commend them on the security and the parking though.
DO NOT STAY HERE. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. 1. Invasion of Privacy & Harassment Despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, staff knocked on our room every single day. On the second day, they claimed they needed to check the TV because of programming issues with the remotes—something we never requested or had issues with.
