They failed to refill the body wash. I had to shower with shampoo. This is unacceptable. If I could attach a video I would as I have the evidence.
This hotel has really gone down hill. I have several complaints - the 1st is the air conditioner. They work on motion which i usually try to avoid. If you're not moving in the room like sleeping or out, they don't cool but these did not cool when we were in the room. I say these because we were in 2 rooms for our 4 night stay. First room. King suite 433.. no matter how long we were in the room, the temperature was stuck at 76, even though setting was at 66. That room there were blood looking stains on the pillow. This hotel is not very good. AC was set at 66 in our room. AC ran the entire day. Room was 74 degrees when we returned to the room. Front desk said this temperature is normal because there are sensors on the AC that detect people in the room. Others in our traveling party said their rooms were cool the entire time. Sink faucet is placed at the corner of the sink. This makes it nearly impossible to simply wash your hands. On a Sunday morning we asked for an additional towel. They told us they had no more towels. An okay hotel, definitely not the cleanest. There were many ants on the bed and desk areas.
