room was very good except the shower water pressure was quite bad. also, our room somehow got deadlocked behind us so we were locked out, and we called the customer service and they were very unhelpful, we had to figure out how to unlock it ourselves from outside by watching YouTube videos. the breakfast buffet was bad but for the price overall it's a good place especially for the location.
Overall alright for price, but there were still some big flaws including the following issues. The main issue was our room somehow deadbolting itself when we closed it from the outside. This could have been a catastrophic issue, and when we called customer service about our issue, they were incompetent and unable to provide a solution, and we ourselves managed to fix the problem using a phone charger to undeadbolt our room from the outside. I think they are a bit overpriced by the looks of the room,somewhat updated since they used to be a Best Western. Great balcony, nice pool tho not heated. Nice breakfast by the pool, restaurant is under construction. Ocean view in some areas,partial in others. Beds extremely comfortable. Showers only idk about ground floors. The grounds are well kept and landscaped. All and all it was a great stay and I'd come again.
My family and I stayed there almost a month ago and it was a terrible place to stay. To start off the rooms are outdated for what they charge a night and all of our so called amenities in the room were empty (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) with 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 nights for a room for 5 people. Second the couch that converted to a pull out bed was broken my daughters head sank almost sank in under the couch it was too late to change rooms by the time we checked in.
