The building has a few years, but was recently renovated and looks fresh on the inside. The rooms have been renovated and furnishings look new; rooms are clean. The hot coffee and fresh cookies, even at my late 8:00 pm check-in reflected the good service and attention to detail (even if you don't want coffee at 8). Good value.
Guest rooms need a DEEP cleaning. Dirty floors, dust on counters, greasy marks on bed. Bathroom had dust and gross hairs scattered on the floor boards and around the toilets. Excrement and urine caked on toilet lid. I would expect better from any hotel, but especially what paying over $200/nt. Convenient location and quiet at night.
