Nice clean room
I was very surprised with this Best Western, absolutely amazing! Beautiful! The room was clean and the pool was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful! I recommend this location! Very good breakfast as well! Thank you!
We stayed here because we needed a pet friendly hotel that wouldn't break the bank, and this Best Western fit the bill. The room was clean and the bed linens were white and spotless. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We saw some other reviews that bemoaned the sounds of trains passing by on the tracks nearby, but we did not find that to be an issue. Don't believe what the front desk tells you! We prepaid Expedia for a six night stay and found the location to be sub-par in so many ways. The front desk assured us they would refund the four days if we checked out early, and then this location refused to! They will blame Expedia, but that is a LIE - Expedia responded, in writing, that the refusal to refund the $500 in unearned services WAS A BEST WESTERN DECISION ENTIRELY! There was no mention of "Non-Cancellable" anywhere.
