The clerk at the desk went out of her way to make sure she had me in a room that would best suit my needs and was very friendly. The room itself was very nice for the price and was very clean. The free breakfast was also nice with a lot of different options to choose from.

I called the hotel to ask a few questions before making a 1 night reservation and the woman who answered was extremely rude and treated me like she had better things to do. My first (and only it turns out) question was if they allow cats. The answer was no, which is fine I'll just find another place, but the way she answered you would have thought I asked the same thing 20 times already. When I said "OK, thank you" she responded "un huh" and hung up. People really shouldn't work in hospitality if they can't even be friendly ... read more

If you are looking for the Ritz experience this ain't it. That being said it was fine. Rooms were clean enough, staff was friendly. Location seemed sketchy but was fine. For a quick 12 hour rest on a multi day car trip it served its purpose.
