My room was very clean, and I appreciate that. That's why I am a repeat customer at this hotel.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I left a very expensive item behind when I got home and realized it i called them and as soon as I told them who I was and what I left they said they had the item and where would I like it sent?. I had family in town there and they allowed them to pick it it up. Awesome service I am definitely going back there.
House cleaning needs to clean tubs better found a pubic hair in the tub. Dirty sheets.
We come from Ontario,Canada.We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with easy access to the highway, making it very convenient to get around. The swimming pool was clean, and our kids loved it—they spent 1–2 hours there every day! The hotel was also quiet and peaceful, so we had a great night's sleep. It's only a short drive to the Michigan State Capitol and downtown Lansing. The city isn't very big, so everything is within easy reach. Rooms we’re disgusting. There was all sorts of hair all over the bathroom. The AC in the room was also broken making loud noises in the middle of the night. 0/10 experience.
