Stayed at this hotel many times and no issues till last stay my wife was ate up by bedbugs. Tried calling and speaking with a manager and never got a return call after trying twice and leaving a message. Bed bugs can happen but for management not to return a call or do anything about it is crazy. We won’t be back and be warned if you stay there
$585 for two nights, my wife and I received the following: Flies in room and resting on pillows(killed 6)(flying throughout hotel), head board had greasy stains, air conditioner very dusty, light fixtures dirty or not working, wall behind bed covered in a layer of dust, freezer has bits of frozen crumbs, ice and human hair. Breakfast had rotting eggs in the mini fridge. Employees keep left over breakfast bagels and muffins on counter in managers office. Walking into my room, the air was thick and very humid. I began moving furniture around to make more room to walk around before bed and noticed under the coffee table, a green spongey substance covered half of the entire under belly of the table. It was mold. So I checked under all the furniture and found mold in every single crevice, even under the bed! Moldy food, damp sheets and blankets. Good breakfast, nice pool. 2 negatives, no elevator and the furniture in the room was all wood. No comfortable place to sit except the bed. Thought that was unusual
