The WiFi info was incorrect/inconsistent. There was a laminated info sheet in the room that said one thing and matched the room key cover. That network was not an option and the unsecured/no password guest network said “not trusted”. The same info sheet also stated copies and faxes were complimentary at the desk, but was told I would be charged $1/page. The room was clean. The towels were thick and nice. The bed was super comfy. It was quiet, which is great for a Friday night, and I felt safe. The coffee is great! The only complaint I have is that the carpets throughout the hotel, outside of the rooms, looked like they haven't been vacuumed in months. It was very off putting, especially as a first impression. All in all, this is the second time that I've stayed here, and I would stay here again.
