My family and I just stayed at the Best Western Denver Southwest hotel from 7/24-7/28. We were very disappointed with our stay. We had accidentally spilled some water on the floor of our room so we wiped it up. The floor was so dirty and disgusting. The towel we used to wipe it up was just full of dirt from the floor. Rooms smell of old stale smoke. Huge junk trash pile out back by parking area with several wasp nests in it! Drug deals going down in the parking lot (look for someone carrying a pizza box, sideways (obviously no pizza in it) and going to the BACK door of motel ) Maids pile all the trash from all the rooms outside the back entry door until afternoon hours! Room keys delete over and over again due to the owners not updating their system. They allowed people in my room without my knowledge to update the tv/ cable system!! Who ... read more
Overall our stay here was great, the dinosaur theme was truly fun and ran throughout the entire hotel. The pool and hot tub were clean and stocked with towels. The room was also clean and the beds were soft, everything was stocked. We received a goody bag on check-in with snacks and bottled water. The breakfast had a good variety, it was all delicious! Thank you for the care you show your guests and hotel!
has a big outdoor pool, hot tub too. Kids sand box where they can dig up fossils. All around great place to stay. Friendly atmosphere 9
