Was pretty solid overall, just breakfast lacking, pool was clean and the joined courtyard was really nice. Rooms were more than adequate. I am not against coming .back again later
This has become my go to stay in Denver. Rooms are always clean, there’s a gym and a pool, and breakfast is your average hotel breakfast (which is fine for me because I’m not really a morning eater). This most recent trip, my daughter and I got in kind of late, after 10pm. We checked in, front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. Absolute trash service. I stayed here 5 days. Housekeeping was only provided for one of them. Additionally, I was promised a receipt and never received. When I called the hotel, the front staff told me they could not provide it. I have stayed at countless Best Westerns and have always ended up with a receipt. It shouldn't take sending emails and calling several times to ger a basic request fulfilled. Employees here have a nasty attitude. Very nice hotel. Rooms have a kitchenette and large tv. With a balcony.
