This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. After driving 8 hours and being exhausted from a long day, all I wanted to do was check in, get to my room, and rest. Instead, I was met with horrible and extremely unprofessional customer service. The woman working the front desk, Melissa, was giggling throughout the entire check-in process, which was uncomfortable and honestly just weird and unprofessional. Excellent value, really nice rooms. My room had a kitchenette. Staff at front desk is EXCELLENT! Update: I have stayed there a couple of times since this review. It gets better each time. The rooms are large and spotless. Nice big flat screen TV's. Front desk staff is the best I've seen, and I travel a lot. I'm always greeted warmly. Dollar for dollar it's an incredible value. They now have a free breakfast buffet, adding even more to the value.

The room was poorly laid out. Overall the room looked just clean enough and we were exhausted. The couch was Ill placed, spotted & dirty. After the 1 night, I am bitten up from head to toe. I suppose its my fault for even trying this hotel, however my usual room by DIA was unavailable. I will never do this again. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called to ask if anything could be done to rectify this or... whatever! But the person answering (points for a real person answering an actual phone!) was very disinterested. Obvi... read more
