We stayed there a while back. Sheets were torn and stained. They wouldn't turn on the hot tub because they were "trying to save on the gas bill and were only turning it on when the hotel had more guests".

Location is great for anyone visiting Darien Lake for concerts and didn’t book anything closer. It’s about a 20 min drive and very easy route to there. Rooms are clean, hotel is a bit outdated but didn’t need anything fancy as we were only in town for a concert. Nearby restaurants and shopping if that’s what you’re looking for.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke and cat urine. Bathroom was visibly dirty (shower had hair/debris and was obviously not cleaned, no fresh toilet paper/toilet smelly. Shower had minimal water pressure and hot water hot lukewarm at best.

Not the best start to our weekend. We got there later Friday afternoon and the evening receptionist couldn't seem bothered to have a normal conversation and seemed annoyed we came in. Walked into our room and was greeted by the stench of what we could only describe as wet moldy towels and a mix of smoke it permeated eveything. There were ants in the bathroom, cracks in the shower and the wall didn't completely meet in the corners at the floor. For the price save your funds and go elsewhere.
