I had a medical emergency and informed the hotel staff while in hospital that I need to cancel my stay. I booked a trip for 6 people and 2 rooms. The staff were very rude and denied any requests to provide a refund. I understand this might be against your policy, but being rude about it is not appropriate especially when someone's health is at risk. This is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I will not be booking at this hotel ever again.
I would NOT recommend staying here! The employees were great and very understanding, but unfortunately, the room had a serious cockroach problem. My girlfriend and I went out to dinner and left our pizza on the entertainment stand next to the TV. We then left for a concert, and when we returned, we noticed several bugs crawling inside the pizza box. I immediately went to the front desk, and the woman working was very understanding. DO NOT STAY HERE!! MOLD FEST. My husband filed a complaint with corporate with pictures and I filed a complaint with the Gennessee County Health department so this place can be investigated for mold. Read all the reviews and how many you see about mold. The person answering these Google reviews NEVER addresses the mold, it goes SEVEN YEARS BACK, AIR THIS PLACE OUT AND GET OUT THE MOLD.
