I booked the room through CLC and I was told by a red haired woman at the front desk, We don’t take CLC , she was very snotty and ended up charging me business rates! I won’t be staying here again! The food in the restaurant was nasty tasting and I tried 2 different dishes the beef stew and the shrimp Alfredo yuck, the wait staff were excellent in the restaurant
Front desk staff were exceptional, but facility maintenance and housekeeping could use some work
Staff was friendly enough and checked in with no problems. Stayed in room #142. Hotel is older and a little run down, room had 2 doors one opening into the hallway and one opening into the parking lot. Key does not work on the outside door making you walk around and open from the inside door. Room was not very clean (finding hair in the bathroom really grosses me out). Beds are very soft and uncomfortable, the heater squeaked all night long causing me to turn heat down to 58° to minimize noise and made for a very uncomfortab... read more
