Floors wasn't swept,old furniture my husband put his drink on table whole thing fell over,we found smoke alarm,room phone in drawer
The place is disgusting. The manager promised a refund back in May and we are still waiting for it and saying they never said that I even have the receipt that says refund on it. the sheets are dirty the floor and bathroom had hair in it. The toilet paper was from the last people. They offered me to give me clean sheets for me to clean the room myself or a refund I told the refund and still can’t get it and it is now September and this was May 19th
I setup a prepaid reservation and the only two room options given were full of fumes and the lamp shades were raggedy. When I inquired about being able to chk into another room, I was told these are the only rooms available. You can either take this or nothing. I immediately inquired about checking out and leaving, I was told you can leave but you will not be refunded. There are two people who own this hotel and they work at the front desk. This was really close to the place I work at for two days. The price was cheap. But the place is so run down. To front desk is never at the front and in the middle of the night, I got woken up with bed bugs crawling up on me. Please pay the extra dollars to stay anywhere else.
