The hotel provided an awesome experience. If anything was broken or needed fixing, the employees were quick to find a solution or assist with the issue. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I was very satisfied with the excellent service and hospitality.
Title: Beware: Do not waste your money or time here!If you love your health, this hotel is not the place to stay. The rooms are in terrible condition, and it really feels like a pay-by-the-hour hotel. To make matters worse, if you check out early or leave because of the room conditions, they will refuse to give you your money back. It feels like scamming people on refunds is the only way this hotel makes its money. Please do not waste your time or money here. This motel should be closed down. On a better note.
TERRIBLE... They floor was not clean. Walls dirty. Furniture broke and dirty. Sheets had stains on it. Things broken. Roof dirty. Overall terrible. Don't come here.
You get what you pay for at the Royal Suites... as long as you're not paying over $50 a night... because the rooms in this place are freaking disgusting.
