Paid 600.00 dollars for 3 nights had no cable just antenna picked up only 7 channels called front desk said no maintenance front desk was no help didnt know how to work tv. Should have been a warning wend i was checking in acouple was getting a refund said room was not what they seen online.Would not recommend to stay hear
There was no survey. The front desk and General Manager are not customer focused as I am a Best Western Rewards customer. Called left on hold and emailed General Manager no response. Stayed one night and the room was dirty. Bright spot no roaches. This is not a Best Western Plus, stay some place else, you will thank me later. The telephone number listed is the front desk in the response below. Total circle, the General Manager does not return emails or phone calls. Stay elsewhere!
Muy mal cervicio. la compañía donde trabajo m reservo una avitacion y todo pagado y cuando llegue hay la recepcionista m dijo q tenía q pagar 60 dolares por el deposito y pague con tarjeta el deposito al día siguiente m apareció q m cobraron el deposito y la avitacion y cuando fui a reclamar porq la compañía ya avía pagado todo solo m dijeron q m ivan a regresar el dinero q se equivocaron y pues asta ahora no m an regresado nada 😔
