Canceled our room
This hotel is the best location. Between the beaches of Folly, Sullivan's Island or Down town Charleston to the markets this hotel is in the middle of them both. Either to the beach or shopping it's not far to drive to either one. I will say traffic can be heavy and the parking is NO FUN but once that's taken care of you will love your experience at either place..
A very loud group of drunk rowdy douchebag men were up into the late hours of the night hanging around outside on the balcony’s and in the stairwells. Called to ask the front desk if they would ask the men to tone it down. Front desk guy acted like he didn’t know what to do and said “uh I guess I can talk to them.” Poor customer service. Don’t stay here if you think paying for a room means you’ll be entitled to a quiet night’s sleep.
(I haven’t been there for a couple of years. Good transit connections and senior fares.
