Based on the age of the hotel, I was presently surprised with the stay. While the room wasn’t in perfect condition, it was laid out well and had what we needed. Very close to Charleston, but the traffic in the morning on Savannah Highway was CRAZY!
We was very happy with our stay at Best Western Hotel in Charleston SC service was great . Grounds and pool area was kept clean and it was staff friendly
Do not stay here. The front desk and General Manager are not customer focused as I am a Best Western Rewards customer. Called left on hold and emailed General Manager no response. Stayed one night and the room was dirty. Bright spot no roaches. This is not a Best Western Plus, stay some place else, you will thank me later. The telephone number listed is the front desk in the response below. Total circle, the General Manager does not return emails or phone calls. Stay elsewhere!
