We had a great visit! Everything was spot on. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless.
Let's start with guests services, we were greated within a timely manner and we were also given a goodie bag. I've never had a hotel do that before. The room accommodated our needs, however, after I showered the bottom of my feet were black from dirt and debris. That was totally unacceptable. I even went to the store and purchased a cheap broom and mop. Lastly, during our stay the cleaning staff would be outside of our room talking, laughing obnoxiously loud during relatively early hours. Room was clean except tile floor - it had light dirt where you had to clean your feet. Breakfast was very fresh. Staff very friendly. Loved the shower head water felt like a massage. We would stay there again.
