This slowly became one of my fav Best Westerns and I’m a diamond select member. Esther is one of the most kind and easygoing front desk agents I’ve ever came across and she always answers all the questions I have. Although the rooms mostly has hard floor but at least they have rugs on the side on the bed area and by the couch when I got a suite. It was still perfectly comfortable for me. I had a great stay at this Best Western, thanks largely to the amazing staff. Cassandra was incredibly helpful during check-in and even assisted me in extending my stay by an extra day. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and she was friendly and professional the whole time. I also want to recognize Kim, who quickly helped me get a new room when I had an issue. She was extremely kind, accommodating, and made sure we were taken care of. Customer service like this truly makes a difference, thank you both!

This is a great hotel especially for a Best Western. It is well stocked and cared for. The management and the workers are all friendly and courteous. I will definitely recommend and stay again when we travel. Breakfast is great. The only reason I didn't give a five star is because the bathroom needs ventilation and it wasn't put in. It can smell musty and steamy for a long time after a shower.
