So hospitable, from check in to eating in the restaurant I was not expecting to feel so welcomed and cared for.
This place with the staff and the flexibility made my stay there absolutely amazing not saying it did, but if any problems arise, they were prompt to rectify. Spoke with multiple staff, up front and some workers on the grounds. They were all kind generous to help and seem to go above and beyond to assist whenever it arose, giving direction where to eat. What the perfect view of a sunset might be.
The view we have is beautiful I can see sea otters. The ocean and especially the great sunset as my pictures show. A must stay.
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is a little outdated, but we loved it because it didn’t look fake or just quickly renovated. It was very cozy. We got a room with a fire place, which was so pleasant to sit in front of after a full day out at Hearst Castle- that is why we passed by San Simeon. Everything was stocked. The shampoo and body wash were amazing and the linens and towels smelled so nice. The view from the balcony is amazing.
