We will return to best western!very pleasant stay!
We stayed for one night. Front desk still been remodeled. Not a problem for me. They gave us a room in the first floor, but it had a musky smell so I requested a change right way. No problem with the request and change of floor. I have stayed here before when they had been remodeling the first floor. We had a great experience in the big king suite. Arrived on a Friday afternoon. Next morning about 9ish , housekeeping knocks , we are still in bed. I inform housekeeping lady to come back later. They didn’t come back the rest of my stay. I had to take out my own trash, and use my beach towel. Bed stayed unchanged or even unmade. Front desk was aware of the situation. Staff was lacking service, but the room was ok and spacious.
