I cannot praise this place enough. We had the most exceptional service ever and we have been to probably hundreds of hotels and resorts over the years.
Rooms were clean and the front desk staff were friendly. I've stayed here multiple times and never had any issues.
We do not recommend this place at all. The rooms were really dark, we saw bugs in the hallways and in our room, things didn't seem clean, the breakfast was bad even by hotel standards. The pictures are decently doctored to make it look better, find a different place in my opinion.
2 minutes back to I 77 in the morning
outta 15 hotels that wouldnt wanna let me check in all cause pass midnight n be4 3pm or 4pm cant allow any one... even tho i had a hotel setup be4 i even left ohio to come here to Charlotte, N. C. and even called within 10 mins of reserving the room i even called the hotel n explained that i had the reservation and that my departure time was behind which made me behind n said itd be around 1am-2am... and arrived just mins after 1am... walked in to check in and guy first wasnt gonna let me cause of the hr... and then i handed... read more
