Good location, quiet
Spoke with Ariel with Reservations over the phone, who assisted me in booking a room. Very polite, and helped me to get my room reserved in a timely manner. Stellar customer service that made me feel cared for!
Overall, one if THE worst places. I should have read the reviews. We paid $120/night for a jacuzzi room. What a waste. We checked in and got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes. Fire depth had to rescue after the front counter guy tried. They said it was the first time but FD and the woman working there said they've had issues. We asked for credit and, after much trying to speak to the owner, we're told $20 off. I told them to keep it. The rooms dropped to $65 a night and we paid $120! Joke. They refused my Priceline booking, had to pay them directly and ask for a refund in the parking lot. Gave me keys to a room that had people sleeping in it. Got a new room the tv did not work and had been smoked in. Absolutely nothing good about this hotel. Zero stars. And a 8.0 rating is a joke. Realistically a 5.5 at best. Not a 3 star more like 2 or less.
