The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. The amusement park is right across the street plus restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, air conditioning worked and plenty of towels, soap etc. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you!
Staff is very nice and helpful, The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice an clean.
Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing from the moment we walked in. The entire lobby smelled strongly of marijuana, which was not exactly a welcoming first impression. The front desk employee was also extremely rude and dismissive. We had a reservation that we booked online, but when we arrived, we were told that the reservation had been cancelled because they had supposedly called us “multiple times.” However, we never received a voicemail explaining the situation or an email notifying us that our reserv... read more
So hubby and I took a one day vacation at the best western near Carowinds. It was not the best for what I paid. When we got there the reception seemed irritated that it was 6. Then after telling her 3 times we were using our credit from the site she still charged my card. I mentioned it again and her answer was oh I didn't notice it on the reservation sorry.
