Their AC didn’t work well. Run by foreigner and accents were thick. When I asked for her to repeat what she said, she hung up in my face. They were rude or short when I asked questions, as if I was bothering him. I checked out 3 days ago and they have not released my security $100 deposit. Will never use them again.
No, no, no. Between the front desk staff arguing with some guy about smoking in his room and the extreme chemical smell in the room they assigned me, I did an immediate 180 and went somewhere else. I wish zero stars was an option. Go anywhere else, please.
We found the motel to be very clean and neat
Had a great stay, I selected a Jacuzzi room and if i could take it with me I would I got some good sleep and I must say this was one of the Best Westerns I have ever stayed in, All the comments are anticipated at Best Western but my room was not a failure. Continental Breakfast was not the best ****Following back up. I was told a $100 deposit was being held. I think there was no hold applied and the room rates were just increased, Still waiting on so called hold to be sent back to my card***
The lady at the front desk was being extremely discriminatory towards us and said that we were too big of a group although we were only less than five people and refused to give us a meeting room that we paid. But she didn’t make a comment about the white lady smoking in the room
