My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Front desk lady was very sweet and kind. Sometimes the wait for someone to be at the front desk takes forever. Breakfast every morning was great and The rooms were ok but room service was terrible. Towels were never changed, bed was never made or changed and trash bags were never changed either. We had to ask for new towels ourselves after the second night. Room service needs to do better.
