Great place to stay and are always accommodating.
Horrible front desk experience because I declined to have the person copy my drivers license. I offered it to verify I was who I was but was told I couldn't stay there if I didn't let them xerox my license as I had fraud problems in the past. I was told aanager could not be contacted at that time of 7pm, but the staff then did as I began calls to Best Western 800# for assistance since I now had no place to stay. The manager apparently was fine with me not having my license copied. Once on room, toilet seat was visibly broken... read more
