The hotel was satisfactory overall. The room appeared clean, with the exception of the bathtub jets and the showerhead. There was a noticeable abundance of security cameras throughout the property. The beds did not have mattress protectors; however, there were no signs of bedbugs, which was reassuring. The room’s heating system functioned very well. The location was very convenient for the purpose of my visit to the area.
This hotel was definitely not up to Best Western standards. I am sure Sam S. the GM will respond to this review…I can’t wait! I plan on speaking to the Regional Management of Best Western as well. My wife and I were traveling with our small camper from Atlanta and it was late and we just wanted a place to lay our head and take a shower in the morning.
