Amazing staff
I was there for a wedding reception. Somethings fell through last minute with stuff that was supposed to be brought by the people holding the event, but the staff at Best Western that was assigned to overlook the event stepped up above and beyond like it was their family. The manager, Jocelyn, was like the perfect calm inside of a storm. When issues came up her response was always "Don't worry, we will take care of it" and she did.
