DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIRD PARTIES! Absolute nightmare getting a refund. I booked a stay here and had to cancel a full month in advance. I canceled directly with Best Western and received an official cancellation confirmation email with a cancellation number. I thought I was good to go. Everything is broken. Just stay at a different location. Best western is good just not this one
Great place to stay when ur not close to ur home town or family
Great customer service. The lady checking us in was amazing. The bathroom was not clean. We had no towels in the room. The blankets were dirty. No one mentioned the major construction going on. Our sliding glass door wouldn't close all the way and overnight it got really cold. The room keys didn't work and we had to make several trips to the office, in the cold.
