I frequent the Best Western often while traveling for work and I must say the staff at this specific location were very unwelcoming.
Rooms are clean. Water is nice and hot. Water pressure needs some work. Only issue is the benches out front most smokers sit there but they are close to the front door. Smoke and the nasty smoke smell attacks you when you walk in or out. Also, maybe put smokers benches further away and put some benches for non smokers to sit at so we don't have smell the nasty smoke smells
We had great service.The breakfast was lovely.Staff is very accommodating.Well run establishment. However,we got bitten by bedbugs!We are covered in red welts and needed to see a Dr soon as returned to South Africa.Please can u handle the insect situation.We are in agony.
