This hotel on wood rd., braintree Ma IS NOT WALKABE. I stayed on a rainy wknd. There are no sidewalks to walk to AMC movie theater or Mall. I walked until I realized all the turns on the busy Hwy to the movie theater and mall have no sidewalks. This is not a walkable Hotel.
The experience I had with the front desk staff on 5/15/26 was deeply upsetting and professionally out of line. I want to note that I had a room two weeks prior (5/3/26) with my husband for an overnight date night and have stayed at this hotel many other times so very familiar with this location. I arrived with my two sons to check into room after a power outage at our home. The worst racist experience possible to be told, "we don't have rooms for you" is wild and to say it in a tone directly for me to hear is absolutely terrifying that they hired staff like this
