Do not stay here with your family! If I could give no stars I would. The hotel is very dirty, humid and hot. It smells awful. I reported the cooling issue to the person at the front desk and she said, "well do you want a fan"...No empathy that we were there with a child and it's over 100 degrees outside. My son wanted to go sleep in the car, that's how bad it was. The handles in the bathroom were different on the front vs back. Mold lined the ceilings of the bathroom. I booked a trip a month ago through Expedia to stay last weekend. I was driving in from Houston so I was monitoring the weather in Boerne. The town received so much rain they had to declare a disaster. As someone who understands Texas disasters, you shouldn’t drive towards one.
