This is a poorly run operation. They are scammers and thieves. I stayed three night in three rooms. The rooms were not ready when promised. The rooms were in disrepair and not secure as the door was split and the furniture in ruins. Dust an inch deep and fragments of finger nails throughout. None of the amenities were provided. The breakfast was none existent. No milk in the fridge, broken toaster etc. we had problems at check in. We had problems throughout. In the end the charges me 345 $ without my consent. I did not check-in or stay in this hotel; I was diagnosed with a Kidney stone and abdominal pain on May 11, 2024; the waiting period for checking in caused me abdominal pain, so I had to switch to another hotel to take a rest. This hotel refused my cancellation, refund request, e-credit request, reschedule, or other trade-off solutions. I was told I must wait until 3 pm to check-in. However, my sharp abdominal pain forced me to reserve another hotel to lie down immediately. I did not receive any apologies or solutions.
If I would be able to give this hotel a 0 review I would. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY HAVE BED BUGS!! We came for a small getaway with our family and kids and since we arrived last yesterday we discovered the bed bugs this morning. I will never stay at this location again if I have to spend my money I don't believe this company charged 2 of my cards like it was okay I registered to stay at the location though booking on booking website they have different options on how to pay well I pick the one that you pay once you get to the location the company needs a card on file for booking basically well l get to the location paid with a different card from the one on booking file and they charge both cards one card for $20 and the other card around $90 why wo... read more
Absolutely disgusting hotel room. There was mold on the faucet and wall in the bathroom, probably because the fan was so inadequate, there were ant traps in the room and ants, there was black mold on the window, a huge gap under the door allowing for all hallway and back door noises to come inside the room, and the tub drain was backed up so when we took showers we were standing in dirty water 6" deep.The fact that he has ant traps in the rooms means he knows he has ants, and that hes not willing to hire an exterminator to p... read more

I am not a rip off customer, I however don't feel it is appropriate to charge $287.5 per night for a room in this condition. Bala (the *** is a bully and a liar. If you have a complaint about his dilapidated hotel he will make you think it's your fault, similar to what he has done with me. My children and I needed a place to stay while my husband added a bathroom to our house. There was lead paint and asbestos in our house, it wasn't safe to be there. The allegations are absolutely baseless. The claim from her to the front desk was that the drain water is coming back in the shower. The drain plugs are a new ones which has to be turnd half way to open. She was having shower in a closed drain resulting in an inch of water. We had no way to teach her how the drain plug works. Claim of mould is baseless. We periodically replace the cockings and there is no way a mould is visible in the shower. Horrible customer service. Refused to refund us when a blizzard literally closed all roads to the hotel.

Vanessa, you booked a non-refundable rate to stay at our hotel. For the discounted rate you assumed all risk with the reservation to include a blizzard. If I was going to refund this rate every time someone didn't make it, why would I offer it at a discount? I do apologize if this wasn't clear when the rate was booked.
On August 15th 2021, I requested a room for 1 night. The sheets and blankets were wrinkled as if, they just placed them back on the bed after the previous guest. There was an eyelash on the floor behind the desk where the phone sits. The drawer came off of the bottom dresser. There were small flying gnats in the room.
