My friend and I just spent a weekend hiking near Neosho, and we stayed at the Best Western Big Spring Lodge. What a delightful place! I'd stayed there last summer, and loved it so much I wanted to return. I was not disappointed! Every single staff member was wonderful, from the folks at the front desk to the breakfast ladies to the housekeepers to the maintenance men. For what it is, ok, but definitely not a "go to" location
Everything about our stay was wonderful. Really enjoyed the stay. Loved our room, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great, REALLY love your coffee, too, btw!! 😍 I will definitely love to stay here again when I next come to the area. Thank you for everything. If I could, I'd give you way more than five stars!!!
