Very rude staff, would not help with room problems, people standing outside room smoking pot, room very outdated, I had reservations for 5 nights, checked out after 1 night, room not cleaned very well dirt behind door.
Worn out king mattress was replace by an oversized worn out mattress and the noisy A/C was not working properly. Slept in a big hole which made it almost impossible to get in and out without throwing our feet in the air (we are over 75)....... paid top dollar and not worth it but it was only one available that wasn't over $400 a night and we needed to be there a week to visit family in the hospital.
