Rooms are nice and comfortable. Good wifi but no cable tv. Breakfast was okay but limited. Showers were nice until someone turns on the water in the hotel and then pressure drops until the main catches up.
Want to stay at Best Wester Bar Harbor in Massapequa New York? Warning!!!Don't!!! On Monday March 16, 2026, my fridge stopped working and all the food went bad. It was approximately 8pm. I called the front desk who said she would reach out to the manager but she couldn't make any promises because the manager was off until 9am(3-17-26) The front desk worker came to my room and said the manager could offer me a bagel and a yogart. The staff is super friendly. My favorite is the gentleman that checks me in on Sunday nights and the gentleman that let's me get my apple early in the morning before breakfast is ready. You guys have made my stay very comfortable.
