This motel was okay except the housekeepers were bitches except Reyna and the middle aged guy and the maintance man. They do anything you ask them. I had to make several complaints about the housekeeper and her son. He would sit on the trash can outside my room and kick it. I asked him myself to not kick the trash can b/c I have an infant who was trying to sleep. It seemed that the more I complained about them the worse they got. They would purposley stomp up and down the stairs and run around outside my room making as much ... read more

I live locally, so when my wife needed a medical procedure that would leave her too radioactive to be around our 11 year-old boys for several days. We decided to use the old H.J. on Hwy. 138 near I-75. The room seemed clean enough, smelled a little dusty but its a pretty old place so no surprise. I planned to stay 4 days but cut it in half due to "TIM" thats what he said his name was. (he's a bit of a fatty with an odd Prince Valliant type of haircut) His rude unprofessional behavior caused me to ask him if it was his habit ... read more

Best Westerns are all the same, like McDonalds, its not good, its not bad, just consistent.The particular Best Western is old and the rooms are old but at least they clean and the place is relatively quiet compared to most.There is a restaurant on site and you are within walking distance of an OCharleys, Waffle House and a Krystal and of course the typical pizza places.
