I booked this hotel online, because I had an emergency to attend to, when I got there it smelled like mold, and it was dirty. I walk up to the clerk to check in and he told me it was too early, check in was at 3p, then he said to reserve i had to pay another $50. I gave him my credit card. I did not completely checked in, i spent the night at the hospital, the next day I booked at a different hotel that was cleaner, cheaper, and very good customer service.
