This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Wi-Fi didn’t work for the entire stay — not spotty, just completely nonexistent, and nobody on staff seemed to care or know how to fix it. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, I got attitude instead of a solution. Rude, dismissive, completely indifferent — like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging me. NO HOTEL SHUTTLE. READ THE REVIEWS. They have a brand new shuttle van sitting in the parking lot but as everyone in the reviews says, they don't offer shuttle service. Room 238. The fire sprinkler is dripping from the ceiling leaving the carpet wet. The light, yes the actual light when you walk in the room was burnt out. Front desk clerk was aggressive and not customer friendly. Internet does work slightly. They are still remodeling as there is construction debris with exposed nails laying up and down the hallways.
