We broke down house hunting in the area. We've been waiting on a tow truck for 5+ plus hours. I asked to purchase a soda from the vending machine or if I could just buy water from the hotel. The Front Desk Clerk would not even look up to speak to me and denied me and told me to go to Circle K, which I am currently unable to walk too. We are buying a home in the area and we will sure never use this hotel when our family and friends come into town. Bad service, denying water when it's 106 out and we are stranded. Stayed two nights. Beds were comfortable, breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, & bread selections, hot tub was hot & clean, pool was heated, room was cleaned which was nice because a lot of hotels don’t do your room for stay-overs anymore it seems, staff was professional, good restaurants nearby.
Always enjoy the clean rooms and facilities when we visit. Breakfast is always warm and tasty. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel after I have had some past negative experiences with other hotels in the area.
