Don’t stay here! They advertise breakfast and then tell you it’s not available. The front desk is not staffed and leave a phone number for you to call. They then leave your room key under a flower pot with several other keys for other clients. They don’t turn on the outside lights unless you specifically ask, which makes it very unsafe. And the rooms are not cleaned well or checked - we found dirty towels and a fridge full of food. Find another place to stay!
Don’t waste your time money this place is horrible. Can’t get a hold of anybody and if you book from a different source, they ask you for a credit card to leave a deposit and charge you once you leave. I stayed about two weeks ago and I’m still dealing with the situation. Very unprofessional!!!
Fue horrible, la atención fue pésima nos trataron muy feo, entraron a la habitación sin aviso previo, no cumplen con lo que dicen en reserva, no tiene ni piscina ni desayuno gratis, las sábanas están manchadas, el baño está dañado, la ducha no tiene agua, el olor de la habitación es insoportable, nunca hay nadie en la recepción y toca llamar a un número telefónico, las toallas están viejas y cochinas, por eso ni nos bañamos allá, porfavor eviten este lugar a toda costa.
