German roaches. 'Nuff said, I didn't sleep a wink that night. One can hope this issue is long gone and these things can happen, but the little fellas had evidently been set up behind the mini fridge for more than a generation. The owner reluctantly comp'd me the night but I had been planning to hike lassen peak the next day. A ruined vacation, sleep, and waste of my time... worst overnight stay ever. Picked because less expensive than neighboring Redding hotels. Glad we did. Rooms were great and very clean. Would return.
Nice hotel with clean, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.
My family of five stayed here last minute on our way back from a road trip. The young lady at the front desk, “K,” was super nice—really helpful and attentive. When we got to our room, I was honestly impressed. It was super spacious and spotless! We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the area.
Stayed here for work on a weeknight. AC worked great, and it was already on when I got in my room. Room was nice and clean. Overall, it was a quiet, cool and a great experience. Thanks Anderson Inn!
