TV isn't connected, no Internet, no pool, no breakfast. I get that you all just opened but at least make the info on your website reflect that. The only benefit with going without is the discount we got.
Wouldn’t step foot in this place
O had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel in Anderson. When I arrived, I had to wait approximately 30 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. When the employee finally arrived, he immediately seemed irritated and defensive. I politely asked whether the taxes could be removed because I have a valid tax-exemption card. Instead of simply explaining the hotel's policy, he became visibly upset and refused to assist me. This hotel opened 2 days ago so the advertised breakfast was unavailable at the time but that was made up for with the price and the check in clerk was very apologetic about it. The room (single king on the second floor) was very clean. The ac was ice cold and the bed was VERY comfortable! There was a nice sized fridge/freezer combo, microwave and flatscreen tv.
