I had booked four nights may21. When I came there I didn’t like the room and they had no wifi, so I couldn’t stay there. Hotel refused any refund. Recommend to not book this hotel until you have visited and seen the actual room you will get, and made sure you are ok with it.

No housekeeping, no wi-fi, just generally does not have the amenities it advertised. Definitely a "value" hotel, although I'm not sure I really even got what I paid for here.

Yeesh. Stained sheets. Unable to easily reach front desk without walking all the way to it, and, even so, no one was there and had to call some number posted on the door. Wanted to get the wifi password because data connection is spotty, but was informed that, even though the hotel listing states "complimentary wifi" as an amenity, they "don't have wifi right now". Ok.... Beds are uncomfortable. Haven't been to breakfast yet, but hopes are NOT high. Essentially feels like we paid out the wazoo simply to have walls around us ... read more

I recently had the opportunity to visit a hotel that was part of our road trip itinerary from Cincinnati, Ohio to visit California National Parks. We had stayed at 6 hotels previously with great experiences regarding service, prices, and staff friendliness. However, our stay at this hotel was subpar from the beginning.
